Shipping & Return Policy
At this time we provide two shipping methods: 1st Class Mail Service and Express Mail Service. The order processing time is 24-48 hours after we receive your order. All weekend orders will be processed on Monday. We do our best to ensure that your order is shipped as soon as possible.
1st Class Mail Delivery - $12.95
If you choose 1st Class Mail Service you will be provided with a tracking number which allows you to track your order online. 1st Class Mail Service Delivery time is 10 -14 days plus order processing time. Your tracking number will start working one your package is at the destination post office, it is more less a delivery confirmation. If you dont receive your order in 14 business days we will reship your order for free.
Express Mail Delivery - $26.95
If you choose Express Mail Service you will be provided with a tracking number which allows you to track your order online. Express Mail Service Delivery time is 5 -10 days plus order processing time. Your tracking number will start working one your package is at the destination post office, it is more less a delivery confirmation. If you dont receive your order in 10 business days we will reship your order for free.

Cancellation
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled as it is sent for processing immediately, and usually ships in 24hrs - 48hrs from the time of order.
Refunds and Returns
We make every attempt to ship the correct products but in the event you do not receive the correct product(s) you asked for, you may ask us for one Free Reshipment of the correct ordered product(s). We can NOT accept returns as it is illegal to return pharmaceutical products in most countries. If the second reshipment does not reach you and you would prefer a refund of your monies paid, you must contact us within 30 days from the second reshipment date to organise your refund.
In the unlikely event of a wrong shipment, please e-mail us with your order number and the item wrongly received.
